In the event you experience unauthorized transactions: Notify Carolinas Telco FCU immediately of any unauthorized use. Replacement funds are provided on a provisional basis and may be withheld, delayed, limited, or rescinded by us based on (but not limited) to the following: Gross negligence or fraud, your delay in reporting unauthorized use to us, investigation and verification of claim, account standing and history. The transaction-at-issue must be posted to your account before replacement funds may be issued.Information above regarding Visa's Zero Liability is referenced from Visa's website. When points are redeemed, they are credited to the balance on your credit card. All Carolinas Telco FCU 2% Cash Back Visa Credit Cards are automatically enrolled in the program, and will start earning points the first time a purchase transaction is made with your new credit card; Points will accrue, redeem for cash, and post automatically to your account each quarter. The total number of points will display on the monthly account statement. To review or track point balances online, the card must be registered through the 'Credit Card' tab in NetBranch Online Banking (or by visiting ). Each point is worth 1 penny, and you'll earn 2 points for every $1 dollar spent on eligible purchases (excluding balance transfers, cash advances; either through an ATM over the counter, or using convenience checks).
